Registration and Fees

Since the number of participants is fixed, participation in this event is by invitation only. Individuals who have received an invitation are kindly requested to respond as soon as possible.

Abstracts should be prepared using the provided LaTeX template and e-mailed to most2020 AT math.tu-dortmund.de by the early bird registration deadline September 15, 2020. The length of an abstract (including references) should not exceed 2 pages.

Official registration opened in March 2020 and closes on September 25, 2020. The registration fee for regular participants covers the expenses of the workshop (conference materials, coffee breaks, use of conference rooms), as well as costs of the social program, conference dinner and other meals. The fee for accompanying persons covers the social program and all meals (including the conference dinner). For practical reasons, we encourage all participants to stay at the conference hotel at our discounted rates (see below).

Cancellation Policy

In the case that participants find they are unable to attend the workshop after payment of registration fees, they may be eligible to receive a refund based on the cancellation date.

Cancellation before September 25, 2020:	Full refund minus bank charges
Cancellation after September 25, 2020:	No refund
